Shelton, Certificate No. 99, for one share of the assets of Series B, to be paid in 12 assessments of 10 dollars each. Par value of each share, $120. Engraved, decorated border, printed in blue. Signed by Walter Murphy, Secretary, and by F.S. Bascom, President of the Association. Several payments recorded in ink on the verso, and signed by Murphy. 5.25" x 9.75" F.S. Bascom, M.D. was also a practicing physician who extolled the health benefits of the Salt Lake City climate, the nearby sulphur springs, and the waters of the Great Salt Lake.
