Inscribed to friends Ann and Warner Berthoff "with lizardy good wishes". Corrections on approximately a dozen pages and the rear DJ flap, evidently handwritten by the author (with Eugene, one wouldn't know that they weren't printed in "handwritten" style, but three quarters of the corrections are in the same ink as the inscription).
