Contemporary signature on title which also has a neat repair in blank margin; pages and 5 & 11 also repaired with some loss of text. Nazianus section is lacking the title and some Latin leaves -- 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 14, 17, 18, 21, 22, 25 & 26 (which were interleaved with the Greek).<br/> <br/> Imprint from colophon.
