Macmillan. London: Macmillan (1918). 8vo., original blue cloth boards, elaborately ruled and decorated to gilt on upper board and spine with a rose motif by Sturge Moore; with the original dust jacket; pp. [vi], v-94, [ii]; A very good copy.
