Light foxing at the top margin, just to the right of the Orkney Islands. Vertical fold, now mellowed, as issued. An attractive map of Scotland with cartouche depicting a bird of prey enjoying freshly caught fish among a pier setting. Includes place-names of many towns, rivers, and islands, such as Canna (here, "Cannay"), Eigg ("Egg"), North Rona, Muck, St. Kilda, etc. The Shetland islands are presented in a inset.

The image presents a Martin M-130 lumbering over the Embarcadero (Coit Tower in the background), which is a curious vantage considering the Golden Gate Bridge opened in May that year. Slight age-toning and wear to corners, edge-wear and old creases, now mellowed. With two closed tears, one on the bottom edge measuring .75", the other on the left edge measuring 1.5 inches. Editor Wilson claims the project was intended to be more complete than the only other published history, Steele's 1904 History of Big Bend Country. A unique assemblage.
