Book is in condition of a brand new book that has never been used. Dust jacket is also in new condition.

Book has a cover which is harder than a paperback, but not as hard as a Hardcover. Book was used considerably, as shown by photos. Considering the age of a used cookbook, 80 years old, consider condition to be very decent. Cover is highly stained. Inside first blank page has segment torn away. Inside pages have slight discoloration. No writings/markings/underlining in book. Binding and spine both in good condition.(see photos).

Ownership signature appears on first page, signed and dated London August 1968. With the purchase of book will include note card and newspaper clipping (see photo) which believe belonged to original owner.
