Though the broadside does not include the date, the lecture was mentioned in Eleanor Roosevelt's article dated March 16th (the lecture was postponed to the 15th due to flooding along the train route from Southern California to Northern California). Mrs. Roosevelt spent two years on short tours of the United States, with accompanying daily newspaper articles discussing her previous days' visits. .
