The people in the story are real, and its events are mainly facts, thinly veiled. An interesting and collectible turn of the 20th century novel.

Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. book in very fine condition with slight bumps to spine ends and light wear to edges, jacket is VG with small chips to ends and corners, and wear to extremities. On ffe, there is a nice Asian symbol and some pencil notations, else flawless interior. Priced at ($7.50). This book about authors and books and searches will be very interesting to collectors, with introduction by William Targ. Some of the stories are exciting and bizarre, a good read. At the rear of book is a 1946 catalog from a book seller in California, very interesting.

That Robert Nathan is also a poet in verse is a matter of more limited knowledge. Violence and self glory are wholly absent from Mr. Nathans even lines.There is no belligerence or blatancy in this volume.
