Green cloth with black illustration on front board and gilt lettering on spine and front board. Very good lacking a dust jacket. Front hinge slightly separated at half title page, but still tight. Contains 22 of 23 tipped in color plates (the frontispiece is missing). Some of the plates have small corner creases. The spine of the book is sunned, but the gilt is still fairly bright and the interior is tight and clean.
