This is an ORIGINAL French art exhibition poster for an exhibit of the works of GEORGES BRAQUE at "Orangerie des Tuileries" (Musee de L'Orangerie) in Paris. The image measures 17 3/4" x 23 3/4". With the linen mounting border: 27 1/2" x 21 3/4". The poster features a bird in silhouette by Braque and the artist's signature, on a blue field. The exhibition was held from October 17, 1973 to January 14, 1974. The Musee de L'Orangerie is a gallery of impressionist and post-impressionist paintngs located in the corner of the Tuileries Gardens in Paris.
