This book has clearly been read, more than once, I'd say. The front cover has some chips along the edges and a pair of creases at the lower right corner. The back cover has a 4 cm stain along the outside edge. The spine is skewed and has a few shallow creases. It also has a piece of clear tape running the length, repairing a 3 cm tear at the lower front and preventing more tears, I guess. Bookstore stamp inside the front cover. Pages appear to be clean and tight. There is some tanning to most of the pages, the paper used in pages 91-106 seems to be of a different composition and has not suffered much discoloration at all.
