Monograph published in conjunction with the 1956 traveling Kollwitz Exhibition in the Amerka Häuser throughout West Germany. Robert Fanning, who has provided a 60-pp critical introduction to this work, was an American dentist and avid Kollwitz collector who loaned many of the works used in the exhibition.

Seventh in a series of devotional calendars published by the Japanese Christian evangelist, labor organizer, and promoter of ecnomic cooperation, Toyohiko Kagawa (1888-1960). Kagawa was a frequent lecturer in the United States, where his doctrine of "Brotherhood Economics" had a major influence on American Co-Operative movements, especially in California. The Calendar consists of twelve sections, each with meditations on a Christian-Pacifist-Economic theme. OCLC notes only a single example (for 1951).
