Title leaflet with a 4-page foreword by Charles Antin, listing the contributors by name and press or publisher, and 50 privately printed leaflets, broadsheets, or pamphlets of varying lengths, mostly 4 pages each. "[Tributes] contributed by printers designers, authors, and friends" (OCLC). Accompanied by a printed postcard announcement of an exhibition of the publication at the Book Club of California. The title leaflet is inscribed by Charles Antin in 2003. Contributors include Frank Altschul, Merle Armitage, Joseph Blumenthal, Warren Chappell, Muir Dawson and Saul Marks, Victor Hammer, Carl Hertzog, Fritz Kredel and George Salter, Ward Ritchie, Rudolph Ruzicka, and Herman Zapf, among others. Very good. The individual keepsakes housed within a stiff paper chemise and publisher's slipcase (a little faded in spots), wraparound printed paper label (rubbed) on boards and spine. (10613).

(20) pp. "Title" leaf and 19 full-page color plates of custom bodies with descriptions and specifications; extra plate of one of the bodies (verso unprinted) laid in. A rare trade catalogue with beautiful color plates. Apparently not recorded on OCLC. Original illustrated wrappers, stapled. Very good.

Small 8vo. 42 pp. Illustrated from photographs; ads for local businesses (including one for Cherokee State Park, "the South's finest vacation park for Negroes"). Primarily aimed at bass fishermen on Kentucky Lake, on the western side of what is now Land Between the Lakes (formed with the impoundment of Barkley Lake in 1966). Apparently not recorded on OCLC (for any annual issue). Very good. Original illustrated wrappers, stapled. (10681).

Winston Coleman, signed by him beneath the image. Anecdotal biographical sketch of Coleman by a prominent historian of the South. Original printed brown wrappers, stapled. Very good.

Narrow 8vo. 85, (11, ads, etc.) pp. Illustrated from photographs, maps, one large illustrated folding, double-page railroad-related map. WPA guide-like publication, dividing the state into seven sections, and describing each through its history, geography, important sites, monuments, and people, along with rivers, infrastructure, sporting events, agricultural and business opportunities, etc. Original illustrated wrappers. Relatively uncommon, OCLC locates nine copies. Very good.

First edition. A trade catalogue, featuring the company's automobiles, introduced by a fictional account of motoring. Auburn's first automobile was produced in 1903. Unrecorded on OCLC.

The "author" declares he has "become fully aware of the deficiences of our class, [and] I, the undersigned, brightest boy in the school, have formed a Kindergarten to help along the weaker children in their lessons. Parents having any doubt of the superiority of this school over like institutions are requested to make inquiry of the following. Includes descriptions of the various co-educational courses of study, profiles of faculty members, testimonials from employers and graduates, tuition and fees, list of recent graduates with positions, etc. Begun in either 1894 or 1901, the business school established by J.H King, first in Raleigh, then in Charlotte, provided employees for the region's burgeoning business community through the 1920s; it continued in various forms, providing dedication vocational training, until the final Charlotte vestige closed in 2018. Photo illustrations of Santa Gertrudis, the King Ranch Home; cattle and a chuck wagon on the ranch; Kleberg County dairy cattle; and "scenes in and around Kingville, Texas," including public buildings, horseracing, agricultural endeavors, etc. One photo shows the famous thorougbred stallion Chicaro who arrived at the King Ranch in 1934. A very good copy, with some minor wear at folds. No listings found on OCLC.
