Frontispiece of "The Habit" protected by a tissue-guard which has browned. The lovely illustrations were lithographed by Messrs. Day and Son, from photographs by Robert Watkins. Other plates include",Mounting, Dismounting, The Seat, Side Saddle on Horse's back, Malpositions, The Walk, The Canter, and The Circle. Wide margins with double line bordering.
