Van Der Handele of Amons-Hoocte, a 20th century parasitologist. This posthumous edition has been revised, and with a Memoir of Schabol by Antoine-Nicolas Dezallier d'Argenville. Schabol had previously published the "Dictionnaire pur la Theorie et la Pratique du Jardinage et d l'agriculture". The frontispiece portrait of Fr. Schabol is by J. Robert, and engraved on copper by Vincenzo Vangelisty. This is a companion volume to his PRATIQUE DU JARDINAGE. { Kress no. 16955 ]. The sections treat earth, air, plantes, grains.
