There is a publisher's sticker on the verso of the title page and the pager edges are slightly darkened. Very good. This book explores a hundred years of the history of Bologna, Italy in relation to the life and work of the painter Giorgio Morandi who was born in the city. With contributions from Pier Luigi Cervallati, Luciano De Vita and others. The author Renzo Renzi also wrote the script for the film "Morandi", directed by Frederic Rossif. Both the book and the film were produced by the Italian cinematic organization Instituto Nazionale Luce. The text is in Italian.

A portfolio consisting of the title and introductory pages, an index, plus 12 superb color plates of works by Aguilar More, each laid loose inside a folded sheet with the title on the front and descriptive text in Spanish on the leaf facing the plates. The whole laid loose, as issued, in a white softcover portfolio chemise titled with a color illustration on the front cover. The chemise is soiled and creased with several short tears to the top edge, tears to the tail of the spine and chipping to the head of the spine. There are also several horizontal tears to the spine. The cover leaf housing the "Picador" print is torn with a small piece out from the bottom edge. The print itself is fine. There is foxing to the top of the prints entitled "Toreros" and "Picador".
