Examples of the captions include: Freight train derailment spills acid in Pennsylvania; Woman running from her home as dozens of aftershocks follow earthquake; Member of state unit to investigate illegal shipping and dumping of hazardous wastes taking target practice; Helicopter drops fire retardant on houses as fires sweep across three California counties, etc. Softcover, 44 pages.
