Green cloth boards and spine with gilt lettering on the spine. Clean internals. Interior hinges are sound and not split. 384 pp 8vo. The author was not an optometrist nor an ophthalmologist but more of an ENT physician who wrote this book about definitions for ocular terms that were common in the 1930s and pertained more to those physicians (optometry and ophthalmology) who were interested in refraction the eye and prescribing -intelligently- glasses and contact lenses, but they were glass at that time.
