Each pamphlet: Ephemera small quarto, good condition, stapled, black & white text-photos, fore-edges little over-trimmed, light toning, staples lightly rusted, slight loss fore-edge few pages (56), few edge tears fore-edge (56, 57), small piece missing last page (57, 58), some edgewear, minor corrective biro annotation front cover. Each 12 pp. These three newsletters for P & O staff were for staff circulation only. Two were published in November 1963 (no. 56) and December 1963 (no. 57), and the third in January 1964 (no. 58) contains the story of their new building. There are interesting stories and photos from most parts of the world in each newsletter. (Biro annotation front cover corrects missing digit in newsletter number.).

Each pamphlet: Ephemera small quarto, stapled, very good condition, black & white text-photos, light toning pages, staples lightly rusted, covers little scuffed & rubbed, some colour loss rear cover (x1), some edgewear. 44 + 48 + 106 pp. These three staff journals combine the Orient Line and P & O Orient newsletters. Two were published Summer and Autumn 1960 (nos 1 & 2), and the third (no 8) was published in Summer 1962. No. 1 has a chart explaining the P & O and Orient Line amalgamation, and the management of the various departments. There are interesting stories and photos from most parts of the world in each newsletter.

Staged by David Atkins, Graeme Blundell and Nigel Triffitt. Originally written by James Rado, Gerome Ragni and Galt MacDermot in New York in the 1960s.

City Not Stated: Andrew McGlashan, 1920. Postcard oblong, very good condition, sepia (brown-tinted) real photo, printed text & rubber stamp reverse side, no writing, minor edgewear. N/a pp. This postcard depicts a ramshackle bush home, with a couple posing near the doorway. The rubber stamp "A. McGlashan" is on the reverse side. The stamp box contains the letter "K" superimposed on the letters "Ltd" [Kodak]. Andrew McGlashan (1811 - 1877) was a Scottish photographer who visited Australia in 1854 to 1857. However, Kodak was founded in 1888, so the current card is a later reproduction. A connection with Australia has not been established. (Estimated date, 1920s.).
