Something different here. A product list from 1958. Salesman's business card inside the front cover. All sorts of products are listed, but no prices. Book has thumb-tabs for the various product lines, like brass & copper, carbon steel, fasteners and ingots. There is a section of extruded parts with drafting diagrams like I learned how to make about ten years after this book was printed. Includes a supplement pamphlet with many pages of conversions like cubic inches to gallons, hectares to acres, grains to grams, and foot-pounds to ergs. There is very little wear and could be just the think for a collector of business esoterica. I'm sure this has got to be a rare item.

The Detective Book Club produced volumes of three crime novels from 1942 to 1999. Originally monthly, near the end they dwindled down to just a few per year. Many famous detective and crime novelists had their early works featured in DBC editions. Stated first edition. Very little wear. Spine is uncreased. Pages are clean, tight and bright. This is a memoir of the author and her husband's life in a New Mexico mining ghost town. Some of the accounts herein were originally published in the 'Silver City Enterprise' column, "Nine Miles Up the Road". This is a moderately rare book and my price is near the low end of the spectrum, especially for one with as little wear as this.

Spine has some creases and is a little out of square. Minimal wear elsewhere. 375 pages are clean, tight, and a only a little bit yellowed. The second of five books in the Ben Tolliver Mystery series.
