Contemporary full tan prize calf, sides with gilt border, that to the upper cover enclosing the gilt arms of the Forest School. Spine floral gilt in compartments and gilt lettered direct; some uneven fading to upper cover but overall very good and firmly bound, all edges marbled. Prize label on verso of front free endpaper.

Sidgwick & Jackson, London, 1923. 8vo (8 1/2 x 5 3/4 inches), 276-pages.Contemporary half dark blue calf, spine decoratively blocked in gilt in compartments with burgundy lettering piece, all edges marbled. Gilt Admiralty crest on upper cover and Admiralty prize label on front pastedown. The binding by Thomas de la Rue & Co. with their ticket. Title foxed, else in excellent condition and very attractive on the shelf.

Countersigned by Halifax as Grand Master, and Alexander of Tunis as Chencellor. The document, 16 1/2 x 13 inches, with wafer seal. Fine. Still loosely held by the corners on the original shipping board and contained in the original envelope.Together with a letter from the Chancery of the Order requestin his attendance at Buckingham Palace for te investiture. Also the Statutes of the Order. 20-pages, 4to original wrappers , 1954 and the Annual Report of the Chapel 1958-1959, 44-pages, 8vo.
