London: Gerald G. Swan, 1946. [Crime Thriller] FIRST EDITION. Octavo (19 x 13cm), pp.192. Publisher's red cloth with black titles to spine and upper. With the colour-illustrated dust-jacket, priced at 5s. A large clumsy blue ink ownership to fly-leaf, otherwise an exceptionally clean, bright copy on low-grade economy paper. Just a little wear to jacket edges (too large for the book). Near fine. A sequel to 'Snappy Vendetta' (1944), this cheap post-war crime thriller sees Robert Wilberforce Coleman continue his high-stakes war against racketeers.
