Stanton and Klaw operated semi-successful mail-order businesses both together & independently, w/ subscription services for adults-only erotic comics, magazines, novelties, photos. These loose sheets presumably produced for Klaw or by Stanton himself in the 1960s. Longanesi, 1959. Very Good. Gialli Probiti N160. Vintage Italian hardcover in dust jacket, translation of "Drum Beat" (Fawcett). Digest-size hardcover in jacket, photographic cover featuring Raquel Welch and 4 women posing in pink nightgowns, a few straps fallen, Raquel reclining on her hips and palm. Welch was still acting in plays at the time, and the same year she first married and her first child was born. Other Gialli editions credited models on the jacket flap, not so here. Giusto Vaglieri's "Gialli" imprint was one of Italy's finest, offering translations of (mostly) American crime fiction with lush, full-color pin-up jacket photos of Jayne Mansfield, Lili St. Cyr, June Wilkinson, and others.
