New York: A. R. Hart & Co., 1886. Hardcover. Good. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, blue cloth boards show scuffing and spotting along with edge and corner bumps/wear, some fraying is also present. The text portion of the internal binding is tight but there is an issue with the front hinge: it is not cracked but there is damage in the gutter about an inch and 1/2 up from the bottom which is actually caused a closed hole. The rear hinge is good as is the rest of the book. The second front end page shows an 1888 gift inscription written in pencil. This is the only handwriting found in the book. The only other found issue is on the last couple pages, where there is a small brown spot along the exterior page edge, just up from the lower outside corners.
