Sympathetically and skillfully recased and rebacked with original spines laid down. Foxing and spotting present on both volumes, particularly heavy on the preliminary pages of Volume II. A very respectable and attractive set of one of the most significant works in American history and letters.

Aside from shelfwear on the lower edges, this is a fine copy in very lightly worn pictorial dust wrapper. Illustrated throughout with Greenaway's charming color drawings.
