"From the 1940s through the 1960s, Commercial Street and Whorf's Court was the hub of the large and very active Cabral clan. This was home to the patriarch, William P. "Captain Bill" Cabral (b ±1899) and his wife, Mary (Taves) Cabral (b ±1900). Captain Bill was a fisherman who moved into the party boat business in the 1940s and 1950s, sending groups out aboard the 60-foot cabin cruiser Katherine II, the 57-foot cruiser Caroline, and the 60-foot cruiser Cee Jay."
