Why is there limited availability and quantity of items on Biblio.com.au ?

Return to what I was doing

Since many of our books are unique in their characteristics, edition, scarcity, etc., most of our booksellers only have one copy in stock of each book listed. To order more than one copy of a book, locate the desired number of copies and place them in your cart individually. If a bookseller does have more than one identical copy of a book in inventory, it will be expressed as "quantity available" with a number next to the price.

Look for different copies that you can order from the same bookseller to save on shipping. While the seller may not have identical copies, they may have other editions of the same title or copies whose condition, and therefore the price, are different.

For the reasons mentioned above, all stock is limited and can often sell very quickly. When you find book(s) you wish to purchase, we recommend making your purchase as soon as you are able. Although items can remain in your cart for as long as they are available, it is not uncommon for a book to be shown as available on our site, only to be sold moments later.

I was delighted with my order and your service. The book arrived in time for the occasion that I needed it for. I was thrilled to be able to find an out-of-print copy.
