Limited edition, number 91 of 1500. Signed by book designer Eric Gill and illustrator Denis Tegetmeier. Small spot to front cover left side, otherwise near fine. Bookplate to front flyleaf "Charles Lind" and pencil inscription to John. Blue moire slipcase with label. Hardcover in very good condition, first edition.
