Dust jacket still has an original price sticker on flap showing a price of $3.00 and the place of purchase, Burg's Corner, Stonewall, Texas. Burg's corner was a gift shop at the entrance to the LBJ Ranch and Park. The past owner, whose name and address is written on the back of the front cover, was a collector of Texas history books.
