Copenhagen: Gyldendalske, 1899. Later printing. Hardcover. Good. Grundtræk af Husdyrenes Bygningslære samt Beslaglæren [roughly translates as: Rudiments of Livestock Building Doctrine and Fittings Lessons], med 118 Afbildninger i Teksten [with 118 Illustrations in the text]. Copenhagen, Gyldendalske Publishing, 1899, Fjerde Oplag [Fourth Edition]. 8vo, marbled paper boards, brown leather spine with gilt lettering. Danish, 236 pp with detailed TOC. This appears to be a veterinary science book with many bw illustrations of horse anatomy. Later chapters include other livestock, then a section completely devoted to hooves. Page of po notes laid in. Good: marble paper peeling off bottom corner of front board, starting to peel at back; po signature in ink on ffep and pencil marks in text; foxing on endpapers and pages yellowing with minor foxing or staining near edges. No finds online in English sites. Found on Scandinavian antiquarian site (http://www.antikvariat.net/dk/EBE11445.cgi), asking 150 pounds.
