Spine worn on edges, 1" chip from the bottom of the front cover, a previous owner's name and date on the front inside cover and front endpaper. (1) (with particular reference to the settlement of the older parts of the province and the public works policy of the last century). This appears to be the typed manuscript for an article printed in 'Public Roads and Highways' Ontario 1914. Locale: Ontario. (Transportation, Highways, Public Works, Roads).
