Blank order form laid-in. First two pages provide instructions for measuring, ordering, and installing. Balance of approximately 65 leaves consist of actual colour samples of vintage 1939 Eaton's wallpaper, complete with their pricing and description/sales blurb on backside. Above-average wear. Bit of writing inside back cover. Front cover almost loose. A worthy copy of this incredibly nostalgic item - which will serve as a superb reference one day when what was old becomes new again....
