National Geographic Society, 1926. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 12 issues (January-December 1930) in two hardbound volumes. Some of the articles present are: Today "On the Yukon Trail of 1898," The Conquest of Antarctica by Air, Yugoslavia, Viking Life, Florida - The Fountain of Youth, Seeking the Mountains of Mystery, Domestic Fowl, Some Impressions of 150,000 Miles of Travel, etc. Condition: Very Good/Near Fine - black covers with gilt title to spine; covers clean with just a couple of spots, slight dust dulling and a few spots to top edge of pages; gilt to title faded on a couple of letters; pages mostly very clean, beautiful color and black & white illustrations.
