Madison, MN: Seventies Press, 1970. The first English translation of poems by the winner of the 2011 Nobel Prize in Literature. One of 1000 hard cover copies printed, in dust jacket. Corners gently bumped. Jacket is sunned, primarily to the spine, upper edges and the flap folds. Small chips at the corners with 1/16" loss to the spine head and extending for 2" on either side of the spine. There is a 1/2" chip to the lower front panel with a crease extending 1/2" to a short tear. Jacket now in Brodart. Signed by Transtromer on the front free end paper. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Signed by Author. First Edition.. Hard Cover. Near Fine/Good.
