One of 200 copies only, numbered on colophon page, with Acheve d'imprimer noting that heliotypes are by Leon Marotte, pochoirs by Jean Saude and printed on papiers anciens of Jean Barry, and photographs by Langlois. Page size: 11 x 14 inches; 77 pages of facsimiles; 20pp. introduction and commentary; indices for before Thermidor and "Les Deux Journees". Bound: handsomely rebound in 3/4 red morocco with red and blue marbled endpapers, , top edge gilt, double row of headbands in blue, red and white, original wrappers bound in, near fine.
