hardback. Garden City. Doubleday and Company. USA. 1963. Large format hardback in dark tan and black cloth boards with no dustjacket. There is a name stamp to the front endpaper and a few light marks to a few pages. Rear of boards lightly foxed. The boards are nice and strong with very light rub to a few areas of the edges. Spine is complete and solid. Eric Sloane's interest in early American life lead him to use his skills in producing books on that way of life. Not exlib and packed and sent with care.
