London: Stanley Paul & Co, 1913. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good +/very good. First edition, 1913. Brown cloth 8vo, 315pp. Copiously illustrated with black and white plates. In Very Good+ condition with mild bumping of the spine ends. In a VG dustjacket with wear to the corners, a small closed tear at the upper edge of the rear wrap, and light chipping to the spine ends. A previous owner's bookplate and original bookseller's sticker appear on the front flyleaf, where there is also a small ink notation. Otherwise, the volume is clean and unmarked.
