New York: John Lowell Pratt, 1932. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. Large 12mo. 174pp. Introduction by Viscount Saito, Prime Minister of Japan. Beautiful First Edition bound in original maroon cloth with spine and cover titles stamped in black. A bit of rubbing to spine ends and tips but a square, clean and tight copy. A few spots on top page edges. Very attractive unclipped wrapper, ($2.00 in middle of front flap), has some soiling and chipping to edges and tips. Spine toning. Still solid and bright. Adventure/Romance in Feudal Japan. Sequel to The Way of Ume. Inscribed by the author on the ffep. "To Mr. Nelson Stille, Ume's Godfather as it were. Edith A. Sawyer, Dec. 7th, 1932.
