A first edition, first printing, with no additional printings noted on copyright page. In the publisher's scarce near fine dust jacket, $7.95 on front flap, bright illustrations. Signed by President Ronald Reagan on a presidential bookplate, below an inscription in another hand: "To Loesje Edwards, With appreciation and warm regards." This bookplate is laid into the book. A fine example. Loesje Edwards (Tobin) served in the Reagan Administration as an administrative assistant in the White House Office of Correspondence. She previously served on the staff of Senator Richard Lugar of Indiana.
