McGraw-Hill Book Company, 1966. Hardcover. Good. Dust jacket is rubbed, scratched, with bumped corner tips. Small tear on edge of DJ, with shelf wear along edges and at top and bottom of spine. Bluish green boards are faded Foxing on the bottom of spine and along spine edge. Bumped corners and dented heel and head of spine. Pencil erasure marks on end pages. Pages are mellowed to a light manila color. Binding is good, however tends to fall open at title page, between pages 16 and 17 and 48/49. 255 pages.
