Pages are moderately tanned with noticeable foxing throughout. Slight crinkling to paper at gutters, however binding remains firm. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Illustrations are moderately tanned with some foxing. Thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have heavy edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate sunning to spine and boards with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Black marks overall.
