Blanks leaves at fore and aft toned and chipped; text block clean. Quite scarce. OCLC 65164528 Includes "An Act to organize the Militia of the State of Florida," "An Act to organize the Courts of the state of Florida," "An Act for the Protection of Fisheries in the State," and "An Act relative to the Elections in this State." Florida became the twenty-seventh state in the United States on March 3, 1845. This book records the activities of the Adjourned Session of the FIRST General Assembly of the State of Florida. The legistlation enacted in this period provided the foundation for the structure and operation of the state's government. .
