NY: Press of the Historical Society, 1852. Presume 1st . Large Paper Bound/ Stiff Cover. Good/No Jacket. Pamphlet, done in some early manner akin to perfect binding as opposed to saddle stitch, 57 pp, after which follows an errata sheet. Pale blue cover with black printing which seems to be one of the acceptable versions for 'first edition' status. Since being received it has been in acid free sleeve and will be shipped in same. Foto will follow. Notably edge worn, especially bottom. Mild foxing throughout, though covers not so. Something foxing prone may have been laid twixt p. 34 & 35 as there is ultra foxed area there (small) and verso 34. 4 unopened leaves at back (top) 2 unopened leaves center (fore edge). Some other edges (age darkened) appear cut, some natural, deckle.
