Lamb [?], printed price 13s 6d net. Neat ownership to flyleaf, some spotting to preliminaries and to edges, dustiness to top edge. Spine ends pushed. Some spotting to dust-jacket, toned to spine with the text faded, some tears and nicking, some loss and fraying to top of the spine panel. Uncommon. Good. Admit One is MacInnes debut novel, having previously written her first collection of poems in 1953. It is a novel of the rivalry between two women throughout their childhood and marriages.
