About This Item

Something Else Press, January 1970. First Edition. Cloth . Very Good/Good. Good+/very good-- dust jacket with one & 1/2 inch tear with accompanying crease bottom edge. Otherwise jacket is bright & clean without defects. NOT price clipped. Green cloth with gold lettering. Orange end pages. Clean, solid, without markings. Red tinted top edge. Along with Lester Bangs, Meltzer is the other wildman founding father of rock journalism. Brilliant & pretentious and impossible to describe this is a book every fan of rock music should read. Yet, few actually read the crazy thng. This is an excellent collector's copy.
