Says the Plaintiffs Petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. 1p., sm. folio. Attached is Affadavit of John Pascoe, Bailiff saying he served the order to Frederick Hill, Solicitor for the Plaintiffs, at Helston. Small blurred blue Stannary stamp.
