The covers are lightly bumped. 192 pages. Illustrated in black & white with a portrait frontispiece & 8 plates. The contents are very good. <p>First edition.<p>Inscribed on the title page by English theatrical producer Charles Blake Cochran [1872- 1951] to Elisabeth Bergner, Austrian actress [1900-1968], who made her reputation working with Max Reinhardt: "Elisabeth Bergner / ffrom her steadfast admirer / Charles B. Cochran / Sep 1, 47".
