Flat signed presentation copy from the author to the title page: 'For Michael, whose ? and warmth transcend the limits that I have in mind, Bob Pack'. Original publisher's orange cloth - gilt embossed to the spine. No other inscriptions. The slightest of bowing to the boards - quite normal with this type of binding. The jacket has not been price-clipped; it has uniform fading to the spine and to the edges of the front panel and to both flaps. Slight rubbing to the tail of the spine. Slight rubbing to several corners.
