New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1910. With publisher's seal on copyright page and 1910 on title page. 529 pages in very good, clean condition. Edges and endpapers yellowed. Includes illustrations from photographs by Kermit Roosevelt and other members of the expedition. Also drawings by Philip Goodwin. Both hinges loose; back hinge torn; binding intact. Brown hardcovers with nice pictorial design of elephant heads on the front cover. Gilt titles on the spine and upper cover. Spine is faded and soiled; 1" tear at the head. Corners bumped and rubbed. Light wear on edges. Covers lightly soiled and scuffed. GOOD. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good. 7 x 10.
