London: Grant Richards, 1897. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo, viii, 317 p., [2] - ads. Publisher's original green cloth with gilt stamped illustrated front board, with gilt lettering. Spine ends expertly repaired with Japanese tissue and coloured to match, the text block repaired, with a few pencil ticks in the margins and light foxing to the endpapers. Overall a very good, clean copy in a tight binding. Queen's Quorum 21.
